[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely, Divya, aged about 27 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she married the petitioner in the year 2012, but they have no issues. It is further stated that due to matrimonial dispute, now she is residing with her aunt and she is not willing to go with the petitioner.
3.Recording the statement of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
