ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.03.2016 and take necessary action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that one Esa Raja and his wife Jhansi Rani, without any valid title or right are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his tenanted house, which has been rented out by one Julian Samnayakam to the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner preferred a complaint to the respondents. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the present petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on

instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint, FIR has been registered on 31.05.2016 in Crime No.142 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 448 and 506(ii) IPC.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
