O R D E R

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 21.03.2016 against the Deputy Tahsildar, Revenue Inspector, Village Administrative Officer as well as the police officials.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is in possession of a land in RS No.185/1, which belongs to the Government. It is represented that as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Tahsildar has removed the encroachment and therefore, no offence is made out as against the officials.

3. When the officials are allegedly acting in accordance

with the direction of the Court, there cannot be any direction to the respondents to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
