petitioner on 12.10.2015 and the said representation is yet to be considered.
4. Perusal of the representations made by the petitioner would show that the petitioner is only seeking for issuance of separate patta and therefore, it is for the third respondent to consider such request and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
