ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(2) and 351(2) of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioners. He further submitted that the respondent Police issued C.S.R.No.170 of 2026. However, if the petitioners appear for enquiry, they will consider and dispose of the case in accordance with law.
