This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the defacto complainant in this case has already filed a petition in Crl.O.P (MD) Nos.14413 and 14437 of 2017 before this Court and this Court by an order, dated 15.11.2017 allowed the application and directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar to hand over the papers to the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, CBI,Chennai.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
