O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.91 of 2015, before the concerned forum within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 22.12.2015 for the offence punishable under Section 66(D) of Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008.

4. Going by the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the second respondent. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation, in Crime No.91 of 2015., and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as expeditiously as possible.
