ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that by creating forged documents, the proposed accused persons sold the property, which belongs to the petitioner and his family members, to some third party/Kamuthi Solar Power Limited and hence, a complaint has been given to the respondent police on 06.04.2016. Since no case has been registered pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, this petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after conducting enquiry, the complaint of the petitioner was closed, based upon the following two findings: (i) The petitioner did not extend full cooperation and did not appear personally for enquiry.

(ii) The opposite party have produced patta standing in the name of their father and they would further state that in case of civil suits being filed, they would work out their remedy before the civil Court.

He would further submit that as the nature of the dispute was found to be a civil dispute, the said complaint has been closed.
