ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and also not to interfere the civil dispute of PRV properties belongs to the petitioner without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.224 of 2018 against the petitioner, for the offence punishable under Section 447 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
He further submitted that the petitioner was called for enquiry and that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. Hence, the allegation made by the petitioner that the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent police is incorrect and the same is denied.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be recorded.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
