ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 29.03.2016 and the complaint dated 04.04.2016 submitted to the 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that the petitioner had joint family properties and the proposed accused and others, who are trying to grab the said properties from the petitioner, came to the house of the petitioner and assaulted the petitioner and abused him. Therefore, a complaint has been lodged before the respondents. However, no action has been taken so far and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) has submitted a report stating that enquiry has been conducted, during which, it
has been brought to the notice of the respondents that already a civil suit has been disposed of and the parties have agreed to take possession through Court and there will not be any law and order problem. Based on this statement given by the parties, enquiry has been closed.
5. In view of the said report, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
