Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Petition is filed to enlarge the Petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge(FTC), Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District in S.C.No.341 of 2013 vide judgement dated 19.08.2019, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.4159 of 2020 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing for a while, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. 4.In view of the above-said submission, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
