This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the Case in Crime No.183 of 2016 and to secure the accused persons. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case has been transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti and the same is pending. 3.Recording the said submission, there shall be a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
