.. Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act, against the order, dated 27.11.2017, passed by this Court, in W.P. (MD)No.21171 of 2017.

Prayer in WP(MD). 21171/ 2017 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to strictly implement the order passed by the 1st respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1249/A2/2011, dated 10.12.2012 and to appoint an Advocate Commissioner along with the Election Observer to conduct the forthcoming Election for the period of 2018-2020 in the 2nd respondent Society with adequate police protection in accordance with law.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] By consent, this writ appeal itself, is taken up for final disposal.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapanidan, learned special Government Pleader, accepts notice, on behalf of the first and third respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner would represent that the appellant/writ petitioner has conducted the election and after election, the office bearers submitted Form - VII before the first respondent, on 28.12.2017 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. 4.Whereas, Mr.V.Sitharanjandas, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the School Committee has conducted the election on 22.12.2017 and the office bearers have submitted Form - VII before the first respondent on 26.12.2017. 5.This Court has considered the rival submissions. 6.

Be that as it may, in the light of the said developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal and hence, it is dismissed. However, if any of the parties are aggrieved, they are at liberty to workout their remedy in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No costs. Consequently, the C.M.P(MD)No.11981 of 2017 is dismissed.
