ORDER
This contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/ respondent and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3047 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the directions of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 3047 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024, summon was issued upon the petitioner for enquiry, after which, case was registered against him in Crime No.172 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 109 and 379 of IPC. Aggrieved over the same, he has filed this contempt petition.
3.In light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.172 of 2024, this Contempt Petition is not maintainable and is therefore closed. 11.02.2026 NCC : Yes/ No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
