This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.18041 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 has not been complied with.

2. The petition in W.P(MD).No.18041 of 2024 has been filed seeking compassionate appointment and the same has been allowed by order dated 01.08.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother has been appointed on compassionate grounds. Therefore, the petitioner is not pressing the present contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the above submission and endorsement, this contempt petition is closed.
