ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 85 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the Intervener submited that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioners. He further submitted that the respondent Police issued C.S.R number. However, if the petitioners appear for enquiry, they will consider and dispose of the case in accordance with law. 2/4

4. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and disposed of the same in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of .
