ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.166 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 506(i) of I.P.C.
3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
