The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation, dated 29.10.2015, through which, he sought for effecting survey of the property referred to in the Writ Petition.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice of the respondent.

Considering the fact that the very application itself was given only on 29.10.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the such representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
