This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 1271 of 2024 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.199 of 2024. By order, dated 06.02.2024, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further order.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has not complied with the above condition. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30am until further orders.
