The writ of hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to convene the election of Boothapandy Bar Association, Kanyakumari District by following the order passed in writ petition in WP(MD)No.5265 of 2025, dated 12.03.2025 and the proceedings of the Principal District Judge, Nagercoil, dated 11.07.2024 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025. 2/4

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Advocate Commissioner would made a submission that the process of election was concluded and elected office bearers have taken charge. Thus, the matter became infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
