This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate security and police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her daughter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.286 of 2021 has been registered against the accused persons.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter may be closed, since the case has been registered against the accused persons.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
