ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is facing the petition mentioned disciplinary proceedings. She wants to mark the petition mentioned Compact Disk in the said proceedings. No exception can be taken to the said request. The value and relevance of the evidence to be adduced is for consideration and decision of the tribunal. The stand of the petitioner is that marking the compact disc is necessary to establish her defense. The petitioner is already having a copy of the same. The first respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to mark the same during cross-examination of the concerned witness. 3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
