This petition has been filed by the petitioner to dispose the complaint which was pending before the 1st respondent based on the representation of the petitioner 22.02.2025 respectively.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. While so, the 3rd respondent along with his family members forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner and threatened to vacate the premises and also tried to attack the petitioner. Therefore, she lodged a complaint dated 09.02.2025 and CSR was issued in C.S.R.No.52 of 2025, but no any action was taken. Therefore, she sent a representation dated 22.02.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was closed. Again she sent a representation dated 22.02.2025 for the same complaint. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week. Page No. 2 of 4
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.
5. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, recording the above said submissions of the respondents no.1 and 2, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
