PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the communication made by the 1st respondent in Ku.Aa.No. 00091/33/Ni.Pi.4/U.1 / Ko.Pugar /2023-1 dated 12.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to defer his departmental proceedings initiated through charge memo in Ku.Aa.No. 91/33/Ni.Pi.4/U.1/Ko.Pugar /2023 dated 27.08.2023 till the completion of the criminal case booked against the petitioner in Special S.C.No. 5/2019 pending on the file of the Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur .
