This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR, based on the complaint filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent, dated 30.11.2015 and subsequent direction of the 1st respondent, dated 06.01.2016 to register the FIR.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, after conducting enquiry, the petition was closed by the 2nd respondent police and produced a copy of the closure report before this court.

4.Recording the above statement, this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
