This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to grant adequate protection to the petitioner, life and liberty for putting up compound wall and for cultivating in his lands comprised in S.No.28/2, measuring 25 cents, S.No.28/3, measuring 26 cents and S.No.28/9, measuring 64 cents at Palur Village, Mutharasanalloor post, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District on the light of interim injunction order, dated 06.02.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.658 of 2023 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.03.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation seeking police 2/4

protection was closed after conducting an enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the main representation itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
