Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent No.1 to supervise and monitor the investigation in Crime No.03 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a final report before the jurisdiction Magistrate within a stipulated time.

ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to supervise and monitor the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a final report before the jurisdiction Magistrate within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the complaint has been pending for three years from the date of registration of the complaint, the second respondent Police did not take any action to complete the investigation and to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents produced a status report, in which the second respondent stated that even though the suicide note did not implicate anybody as accused, the second respondent has sent the Camera, CD and Cell phone used by the deceased for expert opinion. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the second respondent Police would file a final report as early as possible.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the sensitivity involved in this case, the first respondent is directed to supervise the investigation to be conducted by the second respondent and to see that the final report to be filed by the second respondent as early as possible.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
