ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.15 of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.By the order, dated 25.04.2016 the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Mediation report was received. It is seen from the Mediation Report, dated 24.06.2016 that the petitioners agreed to return the articles, vessels and belongings to the defacto complainant and seek two weeks time. On 28.06.2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter is posted before the Mediation on 11.07.2016 for appearance of parties and hence, the matter was adjourned to 12.07.2016. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
