The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to grant approval for residential building plan submitted by him on 17.06.2014, in respect of the proposed residential building in R.S.No.27/2A, Uthangudi Village, Zone - 2 (North), Madurai.

2. Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned counsel takes notice of the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such application was filed in the month of June, 2014, the same is not yet considered. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
