O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.21 of 2012, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.21 of 2012, as mistake of fact and R.C.S.notice has already been sent to the de facto complainant. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
