ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who arrayed as accused Nos.4 to 10, were arrested by the respondent police on 18.02.2016 and 19.02.2016 respectively, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.26 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation has already been over and only awaiting for chemical analysis report.

4.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that one of the accused, who already granted bail, threatened the defacto complainant and prays for dismissal of the bail.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody for more than 60 days, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 26/04/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
