Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 13.05.2021 and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
