This petitioner is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.323 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent registered under Section 379 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed, which was taken on file in CC.No.14 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
