This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashment of Crime No.294 of 2019 dated 30.06.2019 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-III, Nagercoil on 17.03.2020 and the same has not been taken on file so far. Since investigation is complete and final report has also been filed, nothing survives for further consideration. But however, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No-III, Nagercoil to look into the matter and process the final report at the earliest.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8099 of 2021 before the Rgistry with regard to the directions narrated above. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
