Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings dated 7.11.2013 in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/C4/2013 on the file of the second respondent and the consequential proceedings dated 19.11.2013 in Na.Ka.No.18010/A2/2013 on the file of the 4th respondent, and quash the same, directing the respondents not to cancel the approval of the appointment of the B.T.Assistant (Science) teacher in the petitioner school for not clearing TET eligibility, until the expiry of the stipulated 5 years on par with other teachers appointed between 23.8.2010 to 15.11.2011.
