*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is alleged by the petitioner that there is discharge of effluent in Pandiapuram Periya Kanmai and other Kanmais. However, the petitioner has not stated who are the persons who are indulging in such discharge of effluents. In the absence of any such particulars, we do not find any merit in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
