situated at 1-B, Perumal Kovil Street, Thallakulam Post, Madurai District on 26.04.2024 during the arrival of the Arulmigu Kallalagar Pasali Chithirai Festival Days dated 19.04.2024 to 28.04.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2024. Learned Standing counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous as the receipt has been issued to the petitioner as prayed for on 15.04.2024. He also produced the copy of the Receipt No.R3212324041502070301 dated 15.04.2024. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
