Respondent/ Respondent Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., pleased to suitably modify the condition made in paragraph 7(i) of the order made Crl.OP(MD).No.6538 of 2021, dated 21.05.2021 by inserting a sentence that 'for the present the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Madurai on execution of his personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- is directed to execute surety before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai on resumption of work.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking a modification of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD).No.6538 of 2021 dated 21.05.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate is not receiving the surety since lockdown. He also submitted the petitioner was released from the jail as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Petition and therefore, no further orders are required in this petition.
