Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 371 days in filing Rev.Aplc(MD)SR.No.26865 of 2023 is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRIPKM (Account No.10767823177, IFSC: SBIN0000898, State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch) on or before 02.07.2024.
