This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.650 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the investigation undertaken in Crime No.650 of 2020 by the first respondent Police, 'action dropped' report was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti on 09.06.2021.
