Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take effective steps to prevent the illegal act of the respondents 5 to 20 Granite companies situated in Poonjuthi Village Panchayat into dumping granite waste and flowing waste water into the agricultural lands, tanks and water resources and to preserve the agricultural lands, tanks, water sources and right of the peoples to have quality life situated in the Poonjuthi village Panchayat and to take legal action against them on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022 and to protect the people from the Environment Hazard created by the Granite companies and to ensure the peoples' quality life as guaranteed under the Constitution of India and agricultural lands within the time stipulated by this Court.
