ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in S.S.C.No.42 of 2022 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur seeking to quash the same.
2.As per the case of the prosecution, the minor son of the third respondent was studying in the school had consumed poison and had committed suicide due to alleged caste discrimination followed by the accused person who is the headmaster of the said school. 3.A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that there are allegations relating to the petitioner that he had observed caste discrimination as against the son of the defacto complaint. It is brought to the notice of the Court that after consuming poison he had spoken over video which has been recorded and CD has been enclosed along with the charge sheet wherein he had mentioned about the alleged caste discrimination on the part of the petitioner herein and the deceased had referred that the headmaster was responsible for his death.

4.In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that a prima facie has been made out as against the petitioner for all the charges in the charge sheet and therefore, there are no merits in the petition. The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except when it is directed by the Court. The trial Court shall not be influenced by any one of the observation made by this Court. 5.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
