This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Crime No.84 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same against the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed on 17.02.2018 and the same was not taken on file.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), it is open to the petitioner to make his objection before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
