ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2016 and take action within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.According to the complaint, without paying the entire sale consideration, the proposed accused got the sale deed executed from the petitioner herein and thereby the proposed accused has cheated the petitioner to an extent of Rs.17,50,000/-. So saying, the complaint has been lodged.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that preliminary enquiry has been conducted, wherein, the finding is that the petitioner has been cheated to the extent of Rs.17,50,000/- and therefore, the complaint has been forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Kottai Division, Trichy for further enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submission, the Assistant Commissioner, Kottai Division, who has been suo motu impleaded as the third respondent herein, is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
