It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.09.2015.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed on 01.07.2016.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already served. It is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
