ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction against the respondent police to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on his representation dated 23.03.2023.
2. The allegation of the petitioner is that the private respondents are trying to trespass into his property and are also unnecessarily preventing the fencing of the property, without any right or title or interest.
3. That be the case, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate civil Court and depending on the order/decree of the civil Court only, the police can grant a protection.
