This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and the petitioner's possession in Chidhambaranagar Corporation Market, Thoothukudi, against the illegal activities of the respondents 4 to 12 by considering his representation dated 17.05.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.9911 of 2021 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
