O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This Review Application has been filed seeking for review of the order dated 24.11.2016 passed in WP (MD) No.21214 of 2016 before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
2. This Review Petition has been filed by the third party against whom the Division Bench had directed an enquiry to be conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation. The grievance of the review petitioner is that he was not heard, before this Court directed investigation by the CBI. He has also produced certain materials, in support of his case. A perusal of the materials produced by him prima facie show that the Writ Petition seeking CBI Enquiry against him should be heard, after notice to him.
3. We are therefore of the view that the Review Petition should be allowed and the Writ Petition should be re-heard. For the foregoing reasons, the Review Petition will stand allowed and the order of the Division Bench dated 24.11.2016 will stand set aside.
4. The Registry is directed to post the Writ Petition in WP (MD) No.21214 of 2017 tentatively on 13.08.2018 for fixing the date. No costs.
