To grant the extension of time for the period of surrender and executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)Nop. 7672/2018 dated 16.05.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court in Crime No. 174/2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ADV.R.KRISHNAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the third petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7672 of 2018, dated 16.05.2018 and to extend the time limit for surrender and executing the sureties.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the third petitioner is modified to the effect that the third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
