Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.S.ABUL KALAAM AZAD, Advocate for M/S.SPICY LAW FIRM for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the 1/3

condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3111 of 2024, dated 21.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed.
